MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the city of Fayetteville, Arkansas
met in Special session at 8:00 a.m., Thursday, March 4, 1982,
in the office of the Authority, #1 N. School, Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
Commissioners Present: Sherman Morgan, Lloyd Seaton, Robert
Windham, Jim Shreve, and Judy Endress.
Commissioners Absent: None
Others Present: Chad Kumpe, Bromo Wilson, Pat Donat, KLMN
• news, and Betty Jordan.
There being a quorum present, the following business was
transacted:
The Summary of Bids. - Burned Apartments 23-A & 23-B.
The Your Biders were; Reaves Construction, Turner Construction,
McCarver, and Carr Masonary. The bid went with Carr Masonary.
Moved by'Mr. Seaton, seconded by Mr. Windham, and carried.
Mr. Kumpe, made a statement to the Board of Commissioners, that
at this time he would liketo handin his Resignation, as the
Executive Director, for the Fayetteville Housing Authority. He
stated to the-Board,.that he was going back into the Real Estate
bu sines!s. Mr. Kumpe, stated that he had been=herraonger
than he had:planne.d. 'Mrs. Endress moved to accept Mr. Kumpe's
Res4.gnation, seconded by Mr. Windham, and carried.
Mrs. Endress moved that Bromo Milson, enter as the Interim
Executive Director, seconded by Mr. Windham, and carried.
It is understood by the Board,. that Bromo Wilson will enter Interim
Director, until 'someone is hiredfor the job. and Mr. Wilson will
receive! the same pay, as. the. Director. The Board would like for
Mr. -Wilson, to check. into the advertising, and bring it to the next
Qjegular meeting. Meeting adjourned.
