MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the city of Fayetteville, Arkansas
met in Regular session at 8:30 a..m., November 18, 1981, in
the office of the Authority, #1 North School, Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
Upon Roll Call, the following were present:
Commissioners Present:
Judy Endress, Sherman Morgan, Lloyd Seaton, and
J im Shreve
Commissioners Absent:
Robert Windham
Others Present:
Chad Kumpe, Bromo Wilson, Newton Hailey, Michael Green,
Don Froning, and Betty Jordan
There being a quorum present, the following business was
transacted:
The Minutes of October 21, 1981.
Motion by Mr. Seaton, seconded by Mr. Morgan, and carried.
The October Financial Statement.
Approval by Mr. Seaton, seconded by Mr. Morgan, and carried.
Trip To Texas - Section 8.
Mr. Shreve approved it, seconded by Mr. Seaton, for Chad Kumpe,
and Lynna Brewer to attend the Section 8 Training Conference
in Wacco, TX., sometime in December.
Architect Report On Colors.
The wood siding, and guttering will be the dark tone colors
throughout, and the wood siding will be stained.
The different type bricks, (browns, reds, grays, and red tone).
The foofing will be the darker shades.
Mr. Hailey, also reported that each apartment, would be iden-
t ified by a street address, this will preclude the naming of
the project, and more easily identified with a normal neigh-
borhood.
Engineering Report On Prevented Maintenance.
Mike Green P.E., stated that he had sent out eight request for
proposals to different contractors,

2. Paschal Corp. of Springdale.
Mr. Green stated that both firms satisfactory
