OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the city of Fayetteville, Arkansas
met in Regular session at 8:30 a.m., October 21, 1981, in
the office of the Authority, #1 North School, Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
Upon Roll Call, the following were present:
Commissioners Present: Robert Windham, Lloyd Seaton, and
Jim Shreve
Commissioners Absent: Judy Endress, and Shreman.Morgan
Others Present: Chad Kumpe, Bromo Wilson, and Betty Jordan
There being a quorum present, the following business was
transacted:
The Minutes of September 16, 1981 meeting. Mr. Shreve moved
the motion, seconded by Mr. Seaton, motion carried.
The September Financial Statement. Mr. Seaton moved the ap-
proval, seconded by Mr. Shreve, and motion carried.
RESOLUTION APPROVING SALARY INCREASES. Mr. Seaton moved the
motion, seconded it by Mr. Shreve, and motion carried.
Other Business:
A tour was made of the Hill Crest Towers Physical Plant.
It was pointed out that there had not been a very satisfactory
maintenance arrangement.
The Board requested further details, and study of main-
tenance of the air-conditioning and boilers at the "Towers".
After a tour through the basement, and lobby areas, the meet-
ing was adjourned.

RESOLUTION NO. 3 �o
RESOLUTION APPROVING SALARY INCREASES
WHEREAS, the approved budgets for the Housing Authority allows
for salary increases for certain personnel,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved ty the Board of Commissioners of
the Fayetteville Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville that the
title promotions listed below and the regular annual increases listed
below are approved, effective October 1, 1981.
