Upon P;)11 Call, the following were present: Commissioners Present: Mrs. Endress, Mr. Seaton, Mr. Windham, and Mr. Shreve. Commissioners Absent: Mr. Morgan. Others, Present: Pat Donat, Chad Kumpe, Bromo Wilson, and Betty Jordan There being a quorm present, the following business was transacted: The Minutes of the Regular February 18, 1981 Regular meeting were approved by motion of Mr. Seaton, that the minutes be adopted, Mrs. Endress seconded the motion, and motion carried unanimously. Other business discussed: SWEPCO taking over the electric of sites A and B. Mr. Kumpe will take bids on different contractors before_piutting the meters outside the apartments.-' Discussion about the Rental..Assistance program. After further discussion, the meeting was adjourned. THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS • • • • RESOLUTION NO. 338 RESOLUTION MODIFYING PERSONNEL POLICY AS TO TRAVEL ALLOWANCE WHEREAS, the personnel policy of the Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville sets out certain provisions for travel, and WHEREAS, these allowances need to be updated from time to time because of rising costs NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, that Section 11, Travel Paragraph C; shall read as follows: 1. Lodgings and meals shall be reimbursed on a actual ex- pense basis" as documented by paid receipts, in com- pliance with current Agency Guide Lines.
