MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the city of Fayetteville, Arkansas
met in regular session at 8:30 a.m., Wednesday, January 21,
1981 in the office of the Authority, #1 North School, Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
Upon Roll Call, the following were present:
Commissioners present: Seaton, Shreve, and Morgan
Others present:
Chad Kumpe, Bromo Wilson, Preston Monroe,
Pat Donat, Elizabeth Reagan, Eva Cullen,
and Lynna Brewer
There being a quorm present, the following business was tran-
sacted:
The Minutes of the December 17,1980 Regular meeting were approved
by motion of Mr. Seaton, and seconded by Mr. Morgan and carried
unanimously.
The December financial statement was approved by motion of Mr.
Seaton, and seconded by Mr. Morgan and carried unanimously.
RESOLUTION NO 335
Resolution Authorizing To Travel to Washington D. C. to attend
a NAHRO Legislative conference, was approved and passed by
motion of Mr. Seaton, and Seconded by Mr. Morgan and carried
unanimously.
RESOLUTION NO 336
The Resolution of the Housing Authority of The City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas up date the Broad Range Income Distributions and
occupany goals be adopted, was approved and passed by Mr. Seaton
and second by Mr. Morgan and carried unanimously.

Other Business discussed were the election of the new
officers on the board. They postpond it until more
commissioners could be present.

WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
NAHRO is conducting its Annual Legislative Conference in
Washington D.C. February 8-10, 1981 and
this conference will provide housing and community development
officals with an opportunity to discuss and influence the
shape and details of the policies and programs before
Congress and the Administration that effect Public Housing,
NOW- BE IT RESOLVED TY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
THE FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY, that travel expenses for the
Executive Director be paid to this meeting in accordance with the
Agency's travel policy.

RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, UPDATING THE BROAD RANGE IN-
COME DISTRIBUTIONS WITH OCCUPANY GOALS.
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville
Arkansas has adopted certain dccupany goals based on Broad
Range Income Distributions and
WHEREAS, the Department of HUD has notified the agency
by letter dated January 16, 1981 to update the Broad Range
Income Distributions and has provided the factors to update
with,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners
of the Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville that
the attached updated Broad Range Income Distributions and occu-
pany goals be adopted.
