MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas
met in Special Session at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 28, 1980
in the office of the Authority, #1 North School, Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
Upon Roll Call, the following were present:
Commissioners Present: Windham, Endress, Shreve, Morgan
Commissioners Absent: Seaton
Others Present: Chad Kumpe, Bromo Wilson, Hailey Powers Architect
There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
A motion was made by Mrs. Endress to make options on the following
Sites:
Option #1 - Site #1 (A Five Acre Site on 13th and Wood Street)
And Site #2 (A 2.5 Acre Site on Curtis Street)
• Option #2 - Site #1 (A Five Acre Site on 13th and Wood Street)
and Site #3 (A Four Acre Site on Cato Springs Rd.)
Option #3 - Site #1 (A Five Acre Site on 13th and Wood Street)
and Site #5 (A Five Acre Site on Curtis Street and
Huntsville Rd.)
Option
#4 - Site #1 (A
Ten Acre Site on 13th and Wood Street)
The motion was seconded by Mr. Shreve, and carried unanimously.
After further discussion, the meeting was adjourned.
