Regular Session at 8:30 o'clock a.

of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in
m., Wednesday, August 15, 1979, in the
School Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Commissioners Present: Seaton
Commissioners Absent: Endress, Taylor, Morgan, Windham
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Fredia Sawin, Pat Donat, Chad Kumpe
It was noted that there was not a quorum present, and the meeting was
adjourned.
