School Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Commissioners Present: Taylor, Windham
Commissioners Absent: Endress, Morgan, Seaton
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Fredia Sawin, Chad Kumpe
It was noted that there was not a quorum present, and the
