MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in
Special Session at 8:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 30, 1978, in the
office of the Authority, #1 North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Upoh roll call, the following were present:
Commissioners Present: Taylor, Endress, Gould, Morgan
Commissioners Absent: Underwood
Others present: Chad Kumpe, Bromo Wilson, Pat Donato Fredia
Sawin
The Chairman ordered that the following Waiver and Consent be spread
uppn the Minutes:
WAIVER OF NOTICE OF AND CONSENT TO SPECIAL MEETING
We, the undersigned, do hereby accept notice of this SPECIAL MEETING,
waiving any and all irregularities in the service of notice and do
hereby consent and agree that the Commissioners of the Housing Authority
of Fayetteville, Arkansas shall meet at their regular meeting place at
8:00 o'clock a.m., on the 30th day of August, 1978, for the following
purposes:
1. Roll Call
2. Resolution By Board Of Commissioners Of Fayetteville Housing Authority
Authorizing Execution Of Cooperation Agreement With City Of Fayetteville

There being a•quoriun present, the following business was transacted:
Mrs.. Endress explained to the Board members that this Special Meeting was
called in order to pass the following Resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 292 .
RESOLUTION BY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY
':AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF COOPERATION AGEEEMENT WITH CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE
Mrs. Endress called upon Chad Kumpe to explain what this Resolution was
about.

Chad discussed that Resolution No. 2841passed May 17, 1978 only
authorized the submission of an application to HUD for 54 units of
low rent housing and that they needed a Resolution indicating auth-
orization by the Housing Authority of the execution of the Cooperation
agreement with the City of Fayetteville.
After fuxthur discussion, Resolution No. 292 was approved by motion
of Mr. Taylor, seconded by Mr. Gould and carried unanimously.
There being no furthur business, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION NO. 292
RESOLUTION BY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE
WHEREAS, the Fayetteville Housing Authority has made application
for financial assistance for 54 dwelling units of Low -Rent Public Housing;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Housing Authority of the
City of Fayetteville, specifically authorizes and ratifies the execution
of the cooperation agreement dated May 9, 1978, with the City of Fayetteville.
Passed and Approved this day of !/.ed , 1978.
