MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in
Special Session at 12:00 noon, Tuesday, December 21, 1976, in the
office of the Authority, i{1 North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Upon roll call, the following were present:
Commissioners Present: Clinton, Taylor, Morgan
Commissioners Absent: Gould, Underwood
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Pat Warford, Pat Donat, Hugh Kincaid
The Chairman ordered that the following Waiver and Consent be spread
upon the Minutes:
WAIVER OF NOTICE OF AND CONSENT TO SPECIAL MEETING
We, the undersigned, do hereby accept notice of this SPECIAL MEETING,
waiving any and all irregularities in the service of notice and do
hereby consent and agree that the Commissioners of the Housing Authority
of Fayetteville, Arkansas shall meet at their regular meeting place at
12:00 noon, Tuesday, December 21, 1976, for the following purposes:
1. Roll Call
2. Resolution Updating Value of Condemned Property as of the
Date of Taking
/s/ Sherman Morgan
/s/ Phillip Taylor
/s/ Roy Clinton
There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
RESOLUTION NO. 254
RESOLUTION UPDATING VALUE OF CONDEMNED PROPERTY
AS OF THE DATE OF TAKING
Mr. Wilson explained this resolution updates the value of the Adam's
property. By updating thevalue of this property, this can be settled
out of court without a condemnation suit. After discussion, Resolution
No: 254 was approved by motion of Mr. Taylor, seconded by Mr. Morgan,
and carried unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION NO. 254
RESOLUTION UPDATING VALUE OF CONDEMNED PROPERTY
,AS OF THE DATE OF TAKING
WHEREAS, parcel 17-A was condemned by the Housing Authority of
the City of Fayetteville for the amount of $33,700 based on older
appraisals, and;
WHEREAS a new appraisal, as of the date of taking, 1/16/73,
has been made;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners
of the Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville that the value of
parcel 17-A be updated to establish a fair market value of $39,600.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 21 DAY OF December , 1976.
