MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in
Special Session at 8:30 o'clock a.m., on Thursday, August 5, 1976,
in the office of the Authority, #1 North School Avenue, Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
CommissionersPresent: Gould, Clinton, Taylors USc
Commissioners Absent: Morgan
Others Present: Chad Kumpe, Bromo Wilson, Delbert Allen,
Pat Warford, Hugh Kincaid, Pat Donat, Kay Speed
The Chairman ordered that the following Waiver and Consent be spread
upon the Minutes:
WAIVER OF NOTICE OF AND CONSENT TO SPECIAL MEETING
We, the undersigned, do hereby accept notice of this SPECIAL MEETING,
waiving any and all irregularities in the service of notice and do
hereby consent and agree that the Commissioners of the Housing Authority
of Fayetteville, Arkansas shall meet at their regular meeting place at
8:30 o'clock a.m., on Thursday, August 5, 1976, for the following
purposes:
1. Roll Call
2. Resolution Updating Value of Condemned Property as of the Date
of Taking
/s/ Phillip Taylor
/s/ Roy Clinton
/s/ J. W. Gould

RESOLUTION NO. 236
RESOLUTION UPDATING VALUE OF CONDEMNED PROPERTY
AS OF THE DATE OF TAKING
After discussion, Resolution No. 236 was approved by motion of
Mr. Clinton, seconded by Mr. Taylor, and carried unanimously.

RESOLUTION NO. (93(v
RESOLUTION UPDATING VALUE OF CONDEMNED PROPERTY
AS OF THE DATE OF TAKING
WHEREAS, parcel 30-C was condemned by the Housing Authority of
the City of Fayetteville for the amount of $21,000 based on older
appraisals, and;
WHEREAS a new appraisal, as of the date of taking, 6/5/73,
has been made;
of the
parcel
PASSED
ATTEST.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners
Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville that the value of
30-C be updated to establish a fair market value of $22,200.00.
