MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in
Regular Session at 8:30 o'clock a.m., Wednesday, May 19, 1976,
in the office of the Authority, #1 North School Avenue, Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
Mr. Gould, Chairman, called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners: Gould, Clinton, Morgan, Taylor
Commissioners Absent: Underwood
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Delbert Allen, Hugh Kincaid,
Kay Speed
There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
• The Minutes of the April 21, 1976, Regular Meeting were approved by
motion of Mr. Clinton, seconded by Mr. Taylor, and carried unanimously.
The Minutes of the May 5, 1976, Special Meeting were approved by motion
of Mr. Clinton, seconded by Mr. Taylor, and carried unanimously.
The April Financial Statement was approved by motion of Mr. Taylor,
seconded by Mr. Clinton, and carried unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
