MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in
Special Session at 8:30 o'clock a.m., Monday, November 3, 1975,
in the office of the Authority, #1 North School Avenue, Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
Mr. Gould, Chairman, called the meeting to order.
On roll call the following members were present:
Commissioners: Gould, Taylor, Clinton, Morgan
Commissioners Absent: Underwood
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Chad Kumpe
The Chaij-man ordered that the following Waiver and Consent be
spread upon the Minutes:
WAIVER OF NOTICE OF AND CONSENT TO SPECIAL MEETING
We, the undersigned, do hereby accept notice of this SPECIAL MEETING,
waiving any and all irregularities in the service of notice and do
hereby consent and agree that the Commissioners of the Housing Authority
of Fayetteville, Arkansas shall meet at their regular meeting place at
8:30 o'clock a.m., on the 3rd day of November, 1975, for the following
purposes:
1. Roll Call
2. Interview prospective Executive Director

/s/ Phillip Taylor
/s/ J. W. Gould
/s/ Roy Clinton
There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
The Board requested an Executive Session to interview Mr. Chad Kumpe.
Following the Executive Session, there was a discussion with Mr. Wilson
concerning budgeted salaries. After discussion, the following Resolution
was approved by motion of Mr. Clinton, seconded by Mr. Morgan, and
carried unanimously.

RESOLUTION NO. 207
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EMPLOYMENT OF AN
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHANGING AN EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION
Resolution No. 207 resolves that Mr. Chad Kumpe be employed as
Executive Director effective November 10, 1975 ; and that
Mr. Brom Wilson shall assume the position of Assistant Executive
Director.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION NO. 207
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EMPLOYMENT OF AN
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHANGING AN EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, the position of Executive Director of the Housing
Authority of the City of Fayetteville is open, and;
WHEREAS, Mr. Chad Kumpe has applied to fill this position,
has been interviewed by the Board of Directors, and found suitable
for the position, and;
WHEREAS, it is necessary to reassign a certain administrative
employee to accomplish the objectives of the Housing and Urban
Renewal programs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE THAT:
1. Mr. Chad Kumpe be employed as Executive Director,
entering on duty November 10. 1975 , at a beginning
salary of $17,100.00 per annum.
2. Mr. Bromo Wilson shall assume the position of Assistant
Executive Director at an annual salary of $14,200.00
per annum.
