City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met 'clock A.M., on Wednesday, August 15, Authority, #1 North School Avenue, Mr. Whillock, Chairman, called the On roll call the following members meeting to order. were present: 1973, Messrs: Commissioners Whillock, Gould, SHelton, Morgan Absent: Commissioner:,Baxter Others Present: Mr. Robert Dugan, Mr. Bromo Wilson, Mr. David Faught, Dr. Paddack's daughtet There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted. The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 18,1973 was approved by motion of Mr. Shelton and seconded by Mr. Gould and carried unanimously. The Financial Report for the month of July was approved by motion of Mr. Gould and seconded by Mr. Shelton and carried unanimously. Mr. Shelton moved that the Board accept the resignation of Mr. Baxter and was seconded by Mr. Gould and was carried unanimously. Mr. Dugan reported the the High -Rise lacks: one apartment being fully occupied. He also stated that there are two vacancies on Site B and one on Site A. Mr. Dugan also reported that a lot has been accomplished on the drainage problem on Site B and that the pipe is completely cleaned out. Also the fence is to be put up around the cementary in a short while. Also, a flag pole has been errected in front of the High -Rise building. A flag raising ceremony is to be held on this date. An American flag was donated to us by Senator Fulbright. The flag has flown over the capital in Washington. Also, the Arkansas flag was givgn to us by Gov. Bumpers and that flag has flown over our capitol. Mr. Faught reported that the Paddack's are requsting to rehabilitate their property. After discussion, it was decided to take the matter up after advisement. RESOLUTION # 134 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO MAKE CERTIFICATION OF REVIEW APPRAISER'S DETERMINATION OF JUST COMPENSATION After discussion, Resolution #134 was adopted by motion of Mr. Morgan and seconded by Mr. Gould.
