MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
40 OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, met
in special session at 2:30 P.M., on Tuesday, July 11, 1972, in
the office of the Housing Authority, #1 North School Avenue,
Fayetteville, Arkansas.
On roll call the following members were present:
Messrs: Whillock, Gould, Shelton and Douglas
Absent: Baxter
Others Present: Ora Belle Rollow
The Chairman ordered that the following Waiver and Consent be
spread upon the Minutes:
WAIVER OF NOTICE OF AND CONSENT TO SPECIAL MEETING
We, the undersigned, do hereby accept notice of
this SPECIAL Meeting, waiving any and all irregular-
ities in the service of notice and do hereby consent
and agree that the Commissioners of the Housing
Authority of Fayetteville, Arkansas shall meet at the
Administrative Office of the Fayetteville Housing
Authority at 2:30 P.M., on the 11th day of July, 1972,
for the following purpose: To Consider $ Adopt:

1. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ANNUAL
CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT AND ISSUANCE OF PRO-
JECT LOAN AND PERMANENT NOTES

The Chairman presented the following resolution.

• After discussion, Resolution #96 was adopted by motion of Mr.
Douglas and seconded by Mr. Gould and the vote recorded:
AYES: Whillock, Gould, Douglas and Shelton
NAYS: None
The Chairman thereupon declared the motion carried and Resolution
#96 adopted unanimously.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
