We, the undersigned, do hereby accept notice of this
SPECIAL Meeting, waiving any and all irregularities in the service
of notice and do hereby consent and agree that the Commissioners of
the Housing Authority of Fayetteville, Arkansas shall meet in the office
of the Housing Authority, 226 North Block Street, on the 3rd day
of May, 1972, for the following purposes.
Establish fair market value for certain
property scheduled for acquisition.
2. Authorizing Assistant Director to Use
of Proclaimer Certificate.

RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FAIR MARKET VALUE
FOR CERTAIN PROPERTIES SCHEDULED FOR AC-
QUISITION IN THE CENTER SQUARE URBAN RE-
NEWAL PROJECT, ARK. R-105
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas is prepared to acquire certain
properties in conjunction with the Center Square Urban
Renewal Project, No. ARK R-105; and
WHEREAS, the Authority has secured two indepen-
dent appraisals on said property now being considered,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS
OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE:
1. The attached schedule of values are
• hereby adopted.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING USE OF PROCLAIMER CERTIFICATE
WHEREAS, the Local Public Agencies carrying out urban
renewal projects are required by the Secretary of Housing
and Urban Development to certify the existence of certain facts
and to issue certain proclaimers:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
1. The Assistant Director is authorized to pre-
pare, execute, and submit the proclaimer cert-
ificate relative to the establishment of fair
market value to HUD on behalf of the Local Public
Agency in accordance with the regulations, poli-
cies and requirements of the Secretary as shall
be in effect from time to time.
2. The Assistant Director is hereby designated the
reviewer of the appraisals for the Local Public
