HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas
met in regular session in the City Administration Building
at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, March 18, 1970.
In the absence of the Chairman and Vice -Chairman, Mr. Shelton
called the meeting to order and the following were present:
Present: Commissioners Shelton - Gould - Douglas
Absent : 'CommisezionerssWhillock - Baxter
Others : Ora Belle Rollow - Hugh Kincaid
Minutes of February meeting were approved by motion of Mr.
Douglas, seconded by Mr. Shelton and motion carried.

Financial Report was approved by motion of Mr. Gould, Sec-
onded by Mr. Douglas and carried unanimously.
After a discussion of the need for additional low rent
• housing in the community Mr. Douglas moved that the Executive
Director prepare an application to be Presented to HUD for
a program reservation of 100 dwelling units. Seconded by
Mr. Gould and motion was carried unanimously.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
