HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE,AARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas
met in'regular session in the City Administration Building
at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, February 18, 1970.
In the absence of the Chairman and Vice=Chairman, Mr. Shelton
called the meeting to order and the following answered Roll Call:
Present: Commissioners Shelton - Gould - Douglas
Absent: Commissioners Whillock - Baxter
Others Present: Ora Belle Rollow
Minutes of Special Meetings on February 5th and 9th, 1970 were
approved by motion of Mr. Douglas, seconded by Mr. Gould and
the motion was carried unanimously.
Mr. Douglas moved that Chairman Whillock and Vice -Chairman
Baxter'be re-elected to ;succeed themselves. Mr. Gould seconded
and the vote was recorded:
Ayes: Commissioners Shelton - Douglas - Gould
• Nayes: None
Motion was carried unanimously.
There was no further business and the meeting was adjourned.
