HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
• FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The,Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas
met in regular session in the City Administration Building
at 10:00'A.M. Wednesday, December 17, 1969.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman
Present: Commissioners Whillock, Baxter, Shelton, Gould, Douglas
Absent: None
Others Present: Ora Belle Rollow, Hugh Kincaid, Warren Segraves
There being a quorum present the following business was transacted:
Minutes of November meeting were approved by motion of Mr. Baxter
seconded by Mr. Shelton and motion carried
The Finance report was approved by motion of Mr. Gould, seconded by
Mr. Baxter and motion carried.

The following Resolutionhwas introduced, read in full and considered,;.
"RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION N).361DATED NOVEMBER 19, 1969, APPROV-
ING CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH RELOCATION PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE"
=� After discussion, Commissioner Douglas moved that the Resolution be
adopted, seconded by Mr. Baxter and following vote was recorded:
AYES: Whillock, Douglas, Gould, Shelton, Baxter
NAYES: None
Motion carried unanimously
Mr. Gould moved that Mr. Whilock be recommended for reappointment
to a five year term to fill his own vacancy. This reappointment
subject to approval of the City Board of Directors. The motion was
seconded by Mr. Baxter and the vote recorded:
AYES: Baxter, Shelton, Gould, Douglas, Whilock
NAYES: None
Motion carried unanimously
Warren Segraves reported that the "Working Drwaings" would be
ready for resubmission to HUD for approval by January 1, 1970.
The Chairman announced a meeting for the afternoon with Urban
Programming Corporation to discuss the proposals for the Survey &
Planning Application which is in preparation by UPC.
There being no further business the meeting/was�addjj�oourned.

RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 36,DATED
NOVEMBER 19,19691APPROVING CONDITIONS UNDER
WHICH RELOCATION PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
1- Paragraph number 2 of Resolution # 36 shall be amemded
as follows:
a- "Remove Schedule of Average Sales Price for Standard .
Housing in the locality, dated November 19, 1969 and
attached to Resolution # 36 as EXHIBIT "A"
b- Attach Schedule of Average Sales Prices for Standard.
Housing in the locality dated December 17, 1969 as
EXHIBIT "A"-
2- All other provisions of :Resolution # 36 shall remain the same.
