Other related. /� L e MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARK, The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in SPECIAL session on Wednesday, September 24, 1969 at 11:30 a.m. at the Administration Office of the Housing Authority, Present: Commissioners Whillock - Gould - Shelton Absent : Commissioners Baxter - Douglas Others Present: Ora Belle Rollow, Secretary The Chairman ordered the following Waiver and Consent be spread upon the minutes: WAIVER OF NOTICE OF AND CONSENT TO SPECIAL MEETING We, the undersigned, do hereby accept notice of this SPECIAL meeting, waiving any and all irregularities in the service of notice and do hereby consent and agree that the Commissioners of the Housing Authority of vdyetteville, Arkansas shall meet at their regular place of meeting at 11:30 o'clock a.m. on the 24th day of September, 1969 for the following purposes: Approve minutes of August 20th meeting. Approve Financial Report for August. Adopt Resolution #34: RESOLUTION APPROVING THE WORKING DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS AS PRESENTED BY ARCHITECTS ERNEST JACKS AND WARREN SEGRAVES FOR PROJECT ARK 97-1. There being a quorum present the following business was transacted: Mr. Gould moved that the minutes of August 20th be approved, seconded by Mr. Shelton and carried unanimously Mr. Shelton moved that the financial report for August be approved, seconded by Mr. Gould and motion carried unanimously. Mr. Shelton moved that Resolution # 34 be adopted - A RESOLUTION APPROVING WORKING DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS AS PRESENTED BY THE ARCHITECTS ERNEST JACKS AND WARREN SEGRAVES FOR PROJECT ARK.97-1. Motion was seconded by Mr. Gould and the following vote recorded: AYES: Whillock - Shelton - Gould NAYES: None Chairman declared the motion carried and the Resolution adopted. h There being no further business the meeting was adjourned. The motion u:ras seconded by Commissioner Gould and the following vote was recorded: AYES: iPhillock - Shelton -• Gould NAYES: None The Chairman thereupon declared the motion carried and the Resolution adopted; There being no further business to come before the meeting, Commissioner Shelton moved that the meeting adjourn, which motion was duly seconded by Commissioner Gould and carried by unanimous vote. SECTION 21 The Arichtects and Secretary of the Housing Authority are hereby authorized to present the drawings and specifications to the Housing Assistance Office Region V, Housing and Urban Development Administration for review and approval.
