AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Atthority of the City of Fayettevile, Arkansas
met in Regular Session on Wednesday,August 20, 1969 at the
City of Fayetteville Administration Building at 10:00 a.m.
Members present: Commissioners Whillock, Gould, Douglas
Members absent: Shelton, Baxter
Others present James Vizzier and Ora Belle Rollow
Minutes of July 16, 1969 were approved by motion of Mr. Douglas
seconded by Mr Gould and motion carried unanimously.
Financial report was approved by motion of Mr. Gould, seconded
by Mr. Douglas and motion carried unanimously.
The secretary read a letter from the Regional office of HUD
recommending that the Authority reject all bids recieved on
the invitation for sale of buildings, and to include the demoli-
tion of these in the contract. This will be done.
• RESOLUTION # 33 - RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDITIONS UNDER
WHICH RELOCATION PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE was presented by the
chairman. After discussion the Resolution was adopted by motion
of Mr. Douglas, seconded by Mr. Gould and the vote recorded:
Ayes: Douglas, Gould, Whillock
Nayes: NONE
Motion carried.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
