MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARK,
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, ARkansas
met in regular session on Wednesday, July 16, 1969 at 10:00 a.m.
a.m, in the Director's Room of the City Administration Building,
Commissioners Present: Baxter - Shelton
Commissioners Absent: Whillock, Gould, Douglas
Others Present: Hugh Kincaid, Warren Segraves, Ernest Jacks,
Ora Belle Rollow and representatives of the
Bidders, Clyde Johnson,Junior Sands,Wilford
C. Osborne.
Upon roll call the
Secretary
noted that a
quorum was not
present therefore
no official
business was
transacted.
The following bids were received on the invitation for bids
for sale of Hillcrest Gym and Lincoln Shcool buildings:
Ed Lusk Construction Co
$9,000.00
were not
offered as
Carnes Construction Co
6,318.75
by the
Housing
R.L.Garrett
91500.00
These
bids
were not
offered as
purchase prices but for pay-
ment
by the
Housing
Authority
for demolition costs.
Bids were
taken under advisement
subject to
review and con-
sideration
by the Regional Office
of Housing
Assistance,HUD.
Other business was postponed until the next regular meeting.
