MINUTES
OF
THE
REGULAR
MEETING OF THE
HOUSING
AUTHORITY
OF
THE
CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas
met in Regular meeting on Wednesday, April 16, 1969, at the
Administration Building of the City 5f Fayetteville,
Members Present: Messrs: Whillock, Shelton, Gould, Douglas
Members Absent: L.L.Baxter
Others Present: Wesley Howe, Hugh Kincaid, Ora Belle Rollow
Minutes of March 5, 1969 Special Meeting were approved by motion
of Mr. Douglas, seconded by Mr. Gould and motion carried unani-
ously.
Financial Report was approved by motion of Mr. Gould, Seconded
by Mr. Douglas and motion carried unanimously.
Executive Director reported that all petitions filed with the
Planning Commission for rezoning Site A and approval of variances
existing on Sites B and J, have been approved by Ordnance passed
by the City Board of Directors with a time limit for requesting
a Building Permit set for January 1, 1970.
Petition to quiet Title for Site B has not been settled yet.
The GNRP application is still in the Washington Office of HUD
It cannot be approved until the recertification of the Workable
Program for Fayetteville.
The Board of Commissioners requested of Mr. Howe that he do all
possible to expedite this recertification.
No further business the meeting adjourned.
