MINUTES OF ANNUAL MEETING OF LTHE
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,ARK.
JANUARY .15,1969
The annual meeting of the Housing Authority of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, was held at 10:00 a.m. :Wednesday,Janury 15, 1969
in'the Director's Room, City Administration Building.
Members Present: Messrs: Baxter - Shelton - Douglas -
and Gould
Members Absent: Carl Whillock
Others Present: Gerald Fox - Ora Belle Rollow - H.Kincaid
The minutes of the :December 18th meeting were approved by
motion of Mr. Gould, seconded by Mr. Shelton and motion carried
unanimously.
The Financial report was approved by motion of Mr. Douglas,
seconded by Mr. Gould and motion carried unanimously.
In compliance with Article II,Section 6, of the By -Laws of
the Housing Authority, for election of officers, the -Chairman
asked for nominations for Chairman and Vice -Chairman. Mr.Douglas
made a motion that Carl.Whillock be re-elected as Chariman and
L.L.Baxter be reelected as Vice -Chairman. Mr. Gould Seconded
the motion and the vote recorded:
Ayes: Douglas- Gould - Sh�rrton - Baxter
Nayes: None.
Motion Carried unanimously.
Mr. Kincaid, atmorney, reported that the Southern Memorial
Association had finally agreed to allow the Housing Authority
to execcise their option and final settlement,' is pending the
signatures of Trustees on the Deed.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned by motion
of Mr. Shelton, seconded by Mr. Gould and carried unanimously.
