MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The regular meeting of the Housing Authority of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas was held at 10:00 A.M., August 21, 1968
in the Director's Room in the City Administration Building
Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Members present: Carl Whillock - Hal Douglas
Members absent: L.L.Baxter - Ellis Shelton - J.W.Gould
Others present: Ora Belle Rollow - Hugh Kincaid - Gerald Fox
James Vizzier
Upon roll call by the Chairman it was noted that a quorum
was not present, thereupon the meeting was adjourned.

WAIVER OF NOTICE OF AND CONSENT TO SPECIAL MEETING
We, the undersigned, do hereby accept notice of this
Special meeting, waiving andy and all irregularities in
the services of notice and do hereby consent and agree
that the Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville
Arkansas shall meet at the City Administration Building
at 10:00 a.m. on the 29th day of August, 1968 for the
following purposes:
To consider and vote on a Resolution approving a Personnel
• Policy, and to act on all the items of the agenda set for
the regular meeting of August 21st 1968 which could not
be acted upon because of a lack of a quorum.
To transact any other business that may come before the
meeting.
