MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,ARK,
A regular meeting of the Housing Authority of Fayetteville
Arkansas was held at 10:00 A.M., July 17, 1968 in the
Director's room in the City Administration Building,Fayette-
ville, Arkansas,
Members present: J.W.Gould
Members Absent: Carl Whillock,Ellis Shelton, L,L,Baxter,
Hal Douglas
Others present: Warren Segraves,Ernest Jacks, Elam Denham,
James Vizzier
Upon roll call by the secretary it was noted that a quorum
was not present, thereupon the meeting was adjourned,

WAIVER OF NOTICE OF AND`CONSENT TO SPECIAL MEETING
we, the undersigned, do hereby accept notice of this
Special meeting, waiving any and all irregularities in
the service of notice and do hereby consent and agree
that the Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville
Arkansas shall meet at the Downtown Motor Lodge at 12:00
noon, on the 24th day of July, 1968 for the following
purposes:
• To consider and vote on a Resolution approving the
Personnel Policy.
To consider a proposal for retaining and remodeling the
Lincoln High School on site "B".
To transact any other business that may come before the
meeting.
