MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
FAYFTTEVILLF, ARKANSAS, NOVETIBER 15, 1967
Vie regular meeting of the Housing Authority of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, was held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 15, 1967
in the Director's Room, City Administration Buildina, Fayetteville.
Members Present- Ellis Shelton, Hal Douglas, J.F?.Gould
Tlembers Absent: L.L.Baxter, Carl whillock
Others Present: Ora Belle Rollow, Gerald Fox
The meeting was called to order by the Vice -Chairman Ellis
Shelton.
"Minutes of the October 18, 1967 meeting were distributed and
approved by motion of Mr. Douglas, seconded by Mr. Gould and
motion carried.
Mr. Douglas made a motion, seconded by Mr. Gould, that funds
on deposit which would not be needed for the next 90 days
be invested in Certificates of Deposit up to $50,000.00.
^he motion was carried by unanimous vote.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned,
