MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF .THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY.:OF THE CITY. OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
A.regular meeting of the Housing. Authority o£ Fayetteville,.Arkansas,
was held.at 10:.00 a.m., Wednesday, July 14, 1967,,in the Directors' Room,
City Administration Building, Fayetteville,. Arkansas.
Members present: Ellis Shelton,. Hal Douglas and J. W. Gould
Members. Absent: J. E. Pomfret and L.L. Baxter
Others present: Gerald Fox, Hugh Kincaid and J. A.. Vizzier
Ellis Shelton,. Vice Chairman presided in absence of the Chairman.
Minutes of the June 7th meeting .were .read and approved as written upon
motion of Mr. Gould, seconded by Mr. Douglas. Motion carried.
Acting Director. Vizzier discussed relocation expense and appraisal costs
pertaining to the low -.rent project, for. Fayetteville. Mr. Douglas.entered
a motion authorizing Mr. Vizzier to..submit the figures and contracts
with the appraiser and negotiator to .the Fort the,
Regional Office for
their concurrence. Motion was seconded by Mr. Gould. Motion carried:
Mr.. Vizzier submitted bills for payment:
a.. Attorney's.fees
b. Office expenses
C, Consultant's, fees
d. Bookkeeping fees - City
Mr. Douglas moved approval of payment. Mr. Gould seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, Mr. Gould moved for adjournment. Mr.
Douglas seconded. Motion carried.
