r MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
A regular meeting of the Housing Authority of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, was held at 10:00 a.m., April 19, 1967, in the Directors'
Room, City. Administration Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Hal
Douglas,
Ellis Shelton, Bill Gould.
Members
absent:
L.L.
Baxter,
Jim Pomfret.
Also present: J. A. Vizz.ier, Hugh Kincaid, Ernie Jacks.
In the absence of Chairman Baxter, Vice -Chairman, Ellis Shelton
presided.
Minutes of the March 15, 1967 meeting were read, corrected
as to signature.from Chairman to. Vice -Chairman, and approved upon
motion made and seconded. Voting for, all members present; against,
isnone.
Acting Director Vizzier submitted voucher checks for payment:
No. 12, Renner F, Co...............$24.00
No. 13, Ozark Office Mach......... 89.50
No. 14, J.A. Vizzier,. Admin.......750.00
Upon motion made and seconded, payment was approved. Voting for,
all members present; against, none.
Upon motion of Mr. Douglas, seconded by Mr. Gould, travel for
J. A. Vizzier and Ernie Jacks to Regional office in Fort Worth, was
authorized. Voting for, all members present; against, none.
Employment of a Director was discussed.
Acting Director was directed to set up interviews with Mrs.
Rollow and Mr. Cook.
There .being no. further business, Mr. Douglas moved for adjourn-
ment, seconded by Mr. Gould. Meeting was adjourned.
