FAYETTEVILLE FIRE PENSION AND RELIEF BOARD
OCTOBER 28,1999
A meeting of the Fayetteville Fire Pension and Relief Fund Board was held on October 28, 1999
at 11:00 a.m. in Room 326 of the City Administration Building located at 113 West Mountain
Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
PRESENT: Mayor Hanna, Marion Doss, Ronnie Wood, and City Clerk Heather Woodruff.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES
Mr. Doss moved to approve the minutes of the September 30, 1999 meeting. Mr. Wood
seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion carried unanimously.
APPROVAL OF THE PENSION LIST
Mr. Doss moved to approve the pension list. Mr. Wood seconded the motion. Upon roll call the
motion carried unanimously
INVESTMENT REPORT
No investment report was presented.
• OTHER BUSINESS
Ms. Woodruff presented a print out of Mr. Wood and Mr. Bachman's drop accounts. There had
questions about the amount in their accounts because their names and contribution amount had
been switched a couple of times.
•
The members agreed move their next meeting to November 18, 1999.
Meeting adjourned at 1:15 p.m.
