MINUTES OF A FIRE PENSION BOARD MEETING
A meeting of the Fire Pension Board was held on Thursday,
January 30, 1992, at 11:00 a.m., in Room 326 of the City
Administration Building, 113 West Mountain, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
PRESENT: Marion Doss, Pete Reagan, Retiree - Darrell Judy,
Scott Linebaugh - City Manager and Ben Mayes

OLD BUSINESS
Five questions were stated and will be passed on to Jerry Rose,
City Attorney, for answers. These questions are as follows:
1. Should disability retirees be examined by doctors. for
the first five years, annually? (Section 2) C.1)
2. Should this examination be required annually; who is
going to pay the bill?
3. Where should Roy Skelton be examined each year?
4. What is the normal retirement age?
5. If a disability ceases a fire fighter is required to
return to active duty. When does this stop?

NEW BUSINESS
Marion Doss asked if we have sent minutes of meetings to retirees
in the past? Can we begin doing so if we have not done so?
After discussion, it was stated that minutes are normally sent
to each station and posted. They are also available in the
City Clerk's office. These procedures were deemed to be
adequate.
REPORT
A report was made by Richard Yada of Merrill Lynch. (See
attached.)

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
