MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE FIRE PENSION BOARD
A meeting of the Fayetteville Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund
Board of Trustees was held on Thursday, November 29, 1990 at 1:35
p.m. in Room 326 of City Hall, 113 West Mountain, Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
PRESENT: Fire Chief Mickey Jackson, City Manager Scott Linebaugh,
Firemen John Dill Pete Reagan, Finance Director Ben
Mayes, and City Clerk Sherry Thomas.
ABSENT: Fireman Mike Bonaduce
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by City Manager Scott Linebaugh.
PENSION LIST
There were no changes in the
Dill, made a motion to approve

OLD BUSINESS

the pension list for December. The
SKELTON RETIREMENT & LAWSUIT
City Attorney Jerry Rose informed the Board that the trial on Roy
Skelton's pension request was tentatively set for December 17,
1990.
RETIREE AFFIDAVITS
Thomas reported that she had not received affidavits from three of
the pensioners. The Board instructed Thomas to hold the pension
checks and request that the pensioner be asked to come to City Hall
to pick up their checks and complete the necessary affidavit at
that time.
INVESTMENTS
Reagan stated he was disappointed in not receiving the quarterly
AIM reports from Merrill Lynch. Linebaugh asked that Mayes contact
Merrill Lynch and inquire as to why these reports were not being
furnished.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 1:40 p.m.
