MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE FIREMEN'S PENSION AND RELIEF BOARD
December 1, 1975
The regular monthly meeting of the Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund
Board was held December 1, 1975 at 4:30 p.m. in the Office of the City
Manager.
PRESENT: Chairman Donald L. Grimes, Treasurer Pat Tobin; Secretary
Darlene Westbrook; and Board members Charles McWhorter, Dean
Harris, Howard Boudrey, Ronald McArthur, and Don Miller.
ABSENT: None
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Grimes. Minutes of the
November 3 meeting had been mailed to members of the Board. Chief
McWhorter, seconded by Howard Boudrey, moved that the minutes be
approved as submitted. The motion carried unanimously in voice vote
of the Board.
Chief McWhorter, seconded by Ronald McArthur, moved that the December
pension list be approved. In voice vote of the Board the motion carried
unanimously.
There being no further business for the Board's consideration, Chief
McWhorter moved that the meeting be adjourned. The motion met with
approval of the Board and the Chairman adjourned the meeting.
