Charles McWhorter moved the Pension Authorization Form for the month of October be approved. Bill Boudrey seconded the motion which passed unanimously. Treasurer Pat Tobin reported that he had talked with Mr. Ben Harrell of Morton and Company of Fayetteville regarding a written statement of the fact that Morton and Company is unable to perform the actuary study requested by the Fayetteville Fire Pension Board. Ben Harrell said that if we could get an actuary study table from Peat, Marwick, Mitchell, and Company of Little Rock, he could do it. Tobin and other members discussed the issue that it didn't seem fair to do everything with the Little Rock company, Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Company, and let Morton and Company do the actuary study. It was agreed that we should have a letter from Morton and Company to the fact that they are unable to do the actuary study before we pursue the matter with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Company. There being no further business, Charles McWhorter moved the meeting be adjourned. Bill Boudrey seconded the motion. The motion passed un- animously whereupon Chairman Grimes declared the meeting adjourned. (21 Setn--- Secretary • Chairman
