MINUTES OF MEETING OF FIREMEN'S PENSION
AND RELIEF FUND BOARD
MARCH S, 1973
4:30 P,M, CITY MANAGER'S OFFICE
Present: Chairman Donald Grimes, Treasurer Pat Tobin, Secretary Helen Young,
Fire Chief Charles McWhorter, Richard Baird, Bill Boudrey and Harold Lee.
Absent: Howard Boudrey.
Minutes of the February 5, 1973 meeting had been previously distributed to
the board members. Fire Chief McWhorter moved the minutes of the February 5
meeting be approved. Motion was seconded by Bill Boudrey. Upon roll call
vote the motion passed unanimously.
Treasurer Pat Tobin presented Pension Authorization Form for the month of
March with no changes. Fire Chief McWhorter moved the Pension Authorization
Form for March be approved. Harold Lee seconded the motion. Upon roll call
vote the motion passed unanimously
Treasurer Pat Tobin accepted $63.39 to be deposited into the Firemen's
Pension and Relief Fund as contributions for part -paid firemen for the year
1972.
There being no further business, Bill Boudrey moved the meeting be adjourned.
Fire Chief McWhorter seconded the motion which passed unanimously whereupon
Chairman Grimes declared the meeting adjourned.
