Grimes, Treasurer Pat Tobin, Secretary Helen Young, Fire Chief Charles McWhorter, Richard Baird, Bill Boudrey and Howard Boudrey. Members Absent: Harold Lee. Minutes of the November 6. 1972 meeting had been previously distributed to the board members. There were no corrections or additions to the minutes. Treasurer Pat Tobin presented Pension Authorization Form for the month of December with no changes. Fire Chief McWhorter moved the Pension Authori- zation Form for December be approved. Bill Boudrey seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed unanimously, Treasurer Pat Tobin reported that $10,000 was added to the $100,000 which was reinvested in October at 6.25 percent for two years. Chairman Donald Grimes suggested that the board make a recommendation to the Firemen's Association regarding whether to have the actuary study per- formed. Fire Chief McWhorter agreed that the board should make a recommenda- tion and added that he felt the actuary study would be a good investment. Fire Chief McWhorter moved that Morton and Company be asked to perform the actuary study of the Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund contingent upon the approval of the Firemen's Association. Richard Baird seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed unanimously. Treasurer Pat Tobin reported that the Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund now has a cash balance of $5,100. There being no further business, Fire Chief McWhorter moved the meeting be adjourned. Bill Boudrey seconded the motion.
