Grimes, Treasurer Pat Tobin, Secretary Helen Young, Fire Chief Charles McWhorter, Richard Baird, Bill Boudrey, and Harold Lee, Members Absent: Howard Boudrey. Minutes of the July 5, 1972 meeting had been previously distributed to the board members. Fire Chief McWhorter moved the minutes of the July 5, 1972 meeting be approved. Bill Boudrey seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed unanimously. Fire Chief McWhorter presented Pension Authorization Form for the month of August with no changes. Fire Chief McWhorter moved to approve the Pension Authorization Form for August. Harold Lee seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed unanimously, Fire Chief McWhorter reported that Mr. Bill Andrews has contributed $36.67 to the Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund. Mr. Andrews has requested that his contributions be refunded. Treasurer Pat Tobin arrived during the discussion which followed. Bill Boudrey moved that a refund in the amount of $36.67 be paid to Mr. Bill Andrews. Harold Lee seconded the motion. upon roll call the motion passed unanimously. Treasurer Pat Tobin presented financial statements for Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund for the period ending July 31, 1972 and reported that approximately $2,111.00 additional cash has been received from the County. Treasurer Pat Tobin announced that the list of firemen and their families has been turned in to Morton and Company for the actuary study of the Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund. There being no further business, Harold Lee moved to adjourn and Bill Boudrey seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously whereupon Chairman Donald Grimes declared the meeting adjourned.
