Tobin, Treasurer; Sturman Mackey, Acting City Clerk; Fire Chief, Charles McWhorter; Paul Logue; Harold Lee; Dean Harris. Absent: Howard Boudrey. Minutes of January 3, 1972, meeting were presented by Chairman Howe. The minutes were approved unanimously as presented. Pension authorization forms were presented by Treasurer Tobin with no changes. Motion was made to approve pension authorizations as presented by Paul Logue. Motion was seconded by Chief McWhorter. Motion to approve pension payments as presented passed unanimously. Treasurer Tobin recommended that previous action of approval of investing $10,000 be amended to approve investing $5,000 in a 90 Day Notice account with First Federal Savings and Loan Association. Chief McWhorter moved that Treasurer Tobin's recommendation be approved. Motion was seconded by Dean Harris. Motion passed unanimously. Chief McWhorter moved that the meeting be adjourned.
