MINUTES
OF
THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF
THE FIREMEN'S PENSION & RELIEF FUND
The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Pension & Relief Fund of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, was held in the City Clerk's Office on Monday, May 2, 19660
at 4:45 P. M.
Present: Fire Chief Burl Skelton, Secretary George J. Davis, and Board Members:Bill Harris,
Arthur Caselman§ Doyle Morrison, axidx
Absent: Chairman 'layor Don Trumbo, Treasurer Albert J. Jones, and Board Member Clarence
Tune.
In the absence of Mayor Trumbo, Fire Chief Burl Skelton acted as Chairman Pro Tem.
The minutes of the regular meeting on Monday, April 4, 1966, were read and approved.
The Secretary presented .the authorization form to pay the April Pensions,
Mr. Morrison moved that the disbursements be allowed. The motion was seconded by
Mr. Harris and upon roll c§ll the following vote was recorded: "Aye" Skelton, Harris,
Caselman, and Morrison.
"Nay"None.
There being four "Ayes" and No "Nays", the Chairman Pro Tem declared the motion passed.
It was noted that the pension payroll had increased to $1157.52 per month.
The Chairman Fro Tem reported that, at the election of Board Members, Charley McWhorter
had been elected vice Arthur Caselman and that Doyle Morrison had been reelected.
This election was voted by secret ballot.
There being no further business, Mr. Harris moved to adjourn. The motion was seconded
by Mr. Caselmaniand passed unanimously, whereupon the MXM Chairman Fro Tem declared
the meeting adjourned.
