THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Pension & Relief Fund
of Fayetteville. Arkansas, was held in the City Clerk's Office on Monday November
L1965, at 4:45 P. M.
osent:Fire Chief Burl Skelton, Secretary George J. Davis, and Board Members:
Arthur CASelman, Bill Harris, and Doyle Morrison.
Absent: Chairman Mayor Guy E. Brown, City Treasurer Albert J.Jonee, and Board Member
Clarence Tune.
In the absence of Mayor Guy E.Brown, Fire Chief Skelton acted as Chairman Pro Tem.
The minutes of the regular meeting on Monday -October 4, 1965, were read and approved.
The Secretary presented the authorisation form to pay the October Pensions.
Mr. Morrison moved that the disbursements be allowed. The motion was seconded by
Mr. Harris and upon roll call the following vote was recorded: "Aye" Skelton, Harris,
Caselman, and Morrison. "Nay" None.
There being four "Ayes" and No "Nays", the Chairman Pro Tem declared the motion passed.
There being no further business, Mr. Harris moved to adjourn. The motion was seconded
by Mr. Caselman and passed unanfmously, whereupon the Chairman Pro Tem declared the
meeting adjourned.
