• REGULAR MEETING OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES
FATYEETVILLE, ARKANSAS, FIREMEN'S PENSION AND RELIEF FUND
The Board of Trustees of the FiremenIs Pension and Relief Fund of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
met in Regular Session in the City Clerks Office on Monday, May 3rd, 1965, at 4:45 P.M.
Present: Secretary George J. Davis, Fire Chief Burl Skelton, and Board Members, Arthur
Casel/man, Doyle Morrison, C1 renge une. A sent C iman M6yor Guy E. Brown, and

In the Absence of Mayor Guy E. Brown , Fire Chief Burl Skelton acted as Chairman Pro Tem.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting on Monday IApril 5, 1965 were read and approved.
The Secretary presented the Authorization forms to pay the April pensions.
Mr. Tune moved the Disbursment be allowed,
The motion was seconded by Mr. Morrison and upon roll call the following vote was re-
corded, "AYE" Skelton, Caselman,-Morrison, and Tune. "NAY" none.
There being four "AYES" and no "NAYS", the Chariman Pro Tem declared the motion passed.
The Secretary reported that he had paid to John E. Lewis the sum of 514.09 on April 6,
1965,which was the sum Mr. Lewis had Cohtributed to the Fayetteville Firemen's Pension
and Relief Fund and, t at the request of Mr. Lewis, had furnished him with a Certified
Statement showing he date of Mr. Lewis entering the service of the Fayettev�lae. Fire
Department, date of resignation, date he started Contributing to Ansion And e7�e1
Fund, and the amount Contributed.
•There being no further business Mr Caselman moved to adjourn.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Tune and passed unanimously, whereupon the Chairman Pro
Tem declared the meeting adjourned.
