�he Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund of Fayetteville, Ark-
nsas, met in Regular Session oA Monday, April 5 th, 1965 at 4:45 B.M. in the City
Clerk's Office. Present: Mayor Guy E. Brown, Treasurer Albert J. Jones, Fire Chief
Burl Skelton, and Board Members Bill Harris, Arther Caseluman, Doyle Morrison, Clarence
Tune. ,Absent: Secretari George J. Davis.
In the absence of Secretary George J. Davis, Treasurer Albert J. Jones acted as Secretary.
The Minutes of the Regular meetingoon Tuesday March 9, 1965, were read and approved.
The acting Secretary presented the authorization forms to pay the March pension.
Mr. Skelton moved that the disbursements be allowed.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Morrison and upon roll call, the following votedwas re-
corded: "AYE" Skelton, Harris, Morrison, Caselman and Tune, "NAY" none.
There being five "AYES" and no "NAYS", the Chairman M ffi declared the motion passed.
A long discussion was had concerning the refunding of the contr#bution of John E. Lewis,
who had resigned from the Fayetteville Fire Department, to the Firemen's Pension and Re-
lef Fund in the amount of $ 514.09. It was agreed that the Clerk refund this:amounttto
Mr. Lewis immediately.
There being no further business, Mr. Caselman moved to adjourn. The motion was seconded
by Mr. Harris and &ssed unanimously, where upon the Chairman declared the meeting ad-
journed.
