ARKANSAS
• The Board of Trustees of the Firemen' Pe ionA and Relief Fund of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, met in Regular Session of :da`�y, March f, 1965 at 4:45 P.M. in the City
Clerk's Office. Present : Secretary George J. Davis, Fire Chief Burl Skelton, and
Board Members Bill Harris, Aipther Caseluman, Doyle Morrison, Clarence Tune.
Absent: Chairman Mayor Guy Brown, and Acting Treasurer Albert J. Jones.
Thethe absence of Mayor Guy E. Brown, Fire Chief Burl Skelton acted as Chairman Pro Tem
The Minutes of the Regular meeting on Monday February 1st, 1965, were read and approved.
The Secretary presented the Authorization forms to pay the Febbuary pensions.
Mr. Morrison moved that the disbursements be allowed.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Tume and upon roll call, the following voted yfas re-
corded: "AYE" Skelton, Harris, Morrison, Caselman and Tune, "NAY," N ne
There being five "ATPS" and no "NAYS", the Chairman Pro Tem decla v the..motion
passed,
Mr. Tune moved to reimburse Larry McCawley, who Had transferred to the Police Dep-
artment, the amount he had paid into the pension fund or a total amount of 73.96.
The motioh was seconded by Mr. Morrison and upon roll call the following vote was
recorded: "XYE" Skelton, Harris, Morrison, Caselman and Tune,, "NAYS" None.
There being five "AYES" and no "NAYS", the Chairman Pro Tem declared the motion
passed.
• There being no further bisiness, Mr. Caselman moved to adjourn. The motion was
seconded by Mr. Harris and passed unanimously, where upon the Chairman Pro Tem
declared the meeting adjourned.
