Chairman In the absence of the Chairman Mayor Guy E. Brown, Fire Chief Burl Skelton acted,:as'Pro Tem. The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 4, 1965, were read and approved. The Secretary prpeehted the Authorization forms to pay the January pensions. Mr. Morrison moved that the disbursements be allowed. The motion was seconded by Mr. Harris and upon roll call, the follAwing vote was recorded: AYE Skelton, Harris, Morrison, Caselman and Tune. NAY None. There being five AYES and no NAYS, the Chairman Pro Tem declared the motion passed. The Sedretary reported that Larry McCawley had transferred f_z- the giro Dgpartment—to the Police Department and had requested the refunding of the amount he had paid into the Fire— men's Pension and Relief Fund which was the sum of $73.96. Mr. Morrison moved to refund the amount to Larry McCawley that he had paid into the Pension and Relief Fund as requested. The motion was seconded by Mr. Tune but before a vote was taken more discussions followed and Mr. Morrison with the approval of Mr. Tune, withdrew the motion. There being no further business, Mr. Tune moved to adjourn.
