REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

FIREMEN'S PENSION AND RELIEF FUND
The Reguaar Meeting of the Board of Trusteees of the Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund
was held in the City Clerk's Office on Monday, May 4, 1964 at 4:45 p.ry.
Present: Firechief, Burl Skelton, Secretary, George J. Davis, and Board Members,;
B ill Harris, Doyle Morrison, A#thor Caselman.
Absent: Mayor Guy E. Broom, and Acting Treasurer, Albert J. Jones.
In the absence of Chairman, Mayor Guy E. Brown, Firechief, Burl Skelton acted as Chair-
man Protem.
The minutes of the regular meeting on Monday April 6, 1964, were read and approved.
The Secretary presented the authorization form to pay the April pensions.
Mr. Harris moved that the disbursements be allowed.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Morrison and upon roll call the following vote was re-
corded, "Aye" Skelton, Harris, Morrison, and Caselman.
"Nay" None
There being four "Ayes" and no "Nays", Chbirman Protem declared the motion passed.
There being no futher business, Mr. Caselman moved to adjourn.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Harris and passed unanimously, whereupon the Chairman
Protem declared the meeting adjourned.
