REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
• OF
FIREMEN'S PENSION AND RELIEF FUND
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund was
held in the City Clerk's Office on Monday, April 6, 1964 at 4:45 P.M.
Present: Chairman Guy E. Brown, Firechief Burl Shelton, Secretary George J. Davis, and
Board Members: Harris, Morrison, and Caselman.
Absent: Acting Treasurer Albert J. Jones, and Board Membeq orris.
The Minutes of the regular meeting on March 2, 1964, were read and approved.
The Secretary presented the Authorization Form to pay the March Pension.
Mr. Morrison moved the disbursements be allowed.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Harris and upon roll call, the following vote was recorded:
"Aye" Skelton, Harris, Caselman, and Morrison.
"Nay" None
There being four "Ayes" and no "Nays", the Chairman declared the motion passed.
The Secretary presented the application of Volunteer Fireman William H. Morris for retire-
ment on longevity.
Mr. Skelton moved the aprlication be accepted and that the Secretary be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to place Mr. Morris on the pension list and issue a check each
month hereafter starting at $35.00 per month plus $15.00 longevity as long as funds are
sufficient,or a total of $50.00 a month beginning as of April 1, 1964.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Morrison and upon roll} the following vote was recorded:
•'Ayg" Skelton, Harris, Caselman and Morrison.
"Nay" None
There being four "Ayes" and no "Nays", the Chairman declared the motion passed.
There being no further business, Mr. Skelton moved to adjourn.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Harris and passed unanimously, whereupon the Chairman declared
the meeting a journed.
