• REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF
FIREMEN'S PENSION AND RELIEF FUND
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund was
held in the City Clerk's Office on Monday, December 2, 1963, at 4:45 P.M.
Present: Secretary George J. Davis, Fire Chief Burl Skelton, and Board Members: Harris,
Morris, Caselman, and Morrison.
Absent: Chairman Guy E. Brown, Treasurer Roy Nix.
In the absence of the Chairman, Mayor Guy E. Brown, Fire Chief Burl Skelton acted as Chair-
man Pro Tem.
The minutes of the regular meeting on Monday November, 1963 were read and approved.
The Secretary presented the Authorization Form to pay the November Pensions.
Mr. Morrison moved the disbursements be allowed.
The motion was secondedFby Mr. Harris and upon roll call, the following vote was recorded:
"Aye" Skelton, Morris, Harris, Caselman and Morrison.
"Nay" None.
There being five "Ayes" and no "Nays", the Chairman Pro Tem declared the motion passed.
There being no further business, Mr. Morris moved to adjourn.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Caselman and passed unanimous, whereupon the Chairman Pro
• Tem declared the meeting adjourned.
