FIREME'N'S PENSION & RELIEF FUND

The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Pension & Relief Fund of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, was held in the City Clerk's Office on Monday, May 6, 1963,
at 4:45 p.m,
Present: Fire Chief Burl Skelton, Secretary George'J, Davis, and Board Members:
Arthur Caselman, Doyle Morrison, Bill Norris, Bill Harris.
Absent: Chairman Mayor Guy E. Brown, and Treasurer Roy Nix.
In the absence of Chairman Guy E. Brown, Fire Chief Skelton acted as Chairman Pro Tem.
The minutes of the regular meeting on Monday, April 1, 1963, were read and approved.
The Secretary presented the authorization Form to pay the April pensions,
Mr. Morris moved the disbursements be allowed, The motion was seconded by Mr. Morrison
and upon roll call the following vote was recorded, "Aye" Skelton, Harris, Morris,
Caselman, and Morrison. "Nay" none.
There being five "Ayes" and no "mays", the Chairman Pro Tem declared the motion passed,
There being no further business, Mr. Morrison moved to adjourn. The motion was seconded
by Mr. Caselman and passed unanimously, whereupon the Chairman Pro Tem declared the
meeting adjourned.
