MINUTES
OF
REGULAR MEETING OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
FIREMEN'S PENSION & RELIEF FUND
The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Pension & Relief Fund
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, was held in the City Clerk's Office on Monday, April 1, 1963,
at 4:45 P.m.
Present: Fire Chief Burl Skelton, Secretary George J. Davis, and Board Members:
Arthur Caselman,:Doyle Morrison, and Frank Johnson.
Absent: Chairman Mayor Guy E. Brown, Treasurer Roy Nix, and Board Member Bill Morris.
In the absence of Chairman Guy E. Brown, Fire Chief Skelton acted as Chairman Pro Tem.
The minutes of the regular meeting on Monday, March 4, 1963, were read and approved.
The Secretary presented the authorization Form to pay the March pensions.
Mr. Morrison moved the disbursements be allowed. The motion was seconded by Mr.
Skelton and upon roll call the following vote was recorded, "Aye" Skelton, Johnson,
Caselman, and Morrison. "Nay" none.
There being four "Ayes" and no "Nays", the Chairman Pro Tem declared the motion
passed.
• There being no further business, Mr. Johnson moved to adjourn. The motion was
seconded by Mr. Morrison+.and passed unanimously, whereupon the Chairman Pro Tem
declared the meeting adjourned.
