REGULAR MEETING OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
FIMEN I S PENSION & RELIEF FUND
The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Passion & Relief Fund
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, was hold in the City Clerk's Office on Monday, March 4,
1963, at 4:45 P.M.
Present : Fire Chief Burl Skelton, Secretary George J. Davis, and Board Members:
Bill Morris, Arthur Caselman, and Doyle Morrison, and Frank Johnson,
Absent: Chairman Mayor Guy E. Rown, Treasurer Roy Nix.
In the absence of Chairman Guy -E. Brown, Fire Chief Skelton acted as Chairman Pro Tem.
The minutes of the regular meeting on Monday, January 7, 1963 were read and approved.
There having been no meeting in February, the Secretary presented the authorization
f/pmsto pay the 8anuary and February pensions.
Mr. Morrison Moved the disbursements be allowed. The motion was seconded by Mr.
Johnson and upon roll call the following vote was recorded: "Aye", Skelton, Morris,
Johnson, Caselman, and Morrison. "Nay" none.'--
There being five "Ayes" and no "nays", the Chairman Pro Tem declared the motion passed.
There being no further business, Mr. Caselman moved to adjourn. The motion was
seconded by Mr. Morris and passed unanimously, whereupon the Chairman Pro Tem declared
the meeting adjourned.
